Coordinate and manage print files from customers to ensure files are print ready for large format, digital, offset, packaging, etc. Meet client's deadlines by confirming client supplied specifications to the physical project sent in for print. Manage and organize various vendors assigned to specific components to complete a large scale event order. Write purchase orders for each vendor of details catered to their assignment. Juggle deadlines and installs for all aspects of one event order including directing a courier company for pick ups and deliveries. Multitask by project managing multiple large event orders simultaneously with rush deadlines.
